Robin Anson, editorial director of Textiles Intelligence, has been invited to speak at the 17th International Apparel Federation World Apparel Convention, to be held in Taipei, Taiwan from October 30th to November 1st 2001. The theme of the convention will be

Robin Anson's presentation will be on the subject of "Trends in World Apparel Trade and Production: Globalisation or Regionalisation?" and will include views on recent global shifts in production and trade, and the growth of regional trade blocs.
The World Apparel Convention will take place at The Taipei International Convention Center from October 30th to November 1st, and the Taipei International Textile & Apparel Show will run from November 1st to 3rd at Taipei World Trade Center.
