Textiles Intelligence invited to be Technopak’s Media Partner at ITAC 200

Textiles Intelligence is pleased to be invited as a media partner at the International Textile and Apparel Congress (ITAC), when it makes its first ever international debut, in Hong Kong, at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel from April 18—April 20, 2007.

ITAC is the brainchild of Technopak Advisors, India’s leading textile, apparel, consumer goods and retail consulting group. In 2006 alone, Technopak Advisors worded with 72 clients on more than 80 projects across 15 countries outside India.

The Chairman of Technopak, Mr Arvind Singhal, believes that with the emergence of fragmented supply bases and retail consolidation it is necessary to address the industry’s oncoming challenges, hence this year’s theme ‘Consolidation & Collaboration—The Way Ahead.’ Mr. Sun Ruizhe of CNTAC, China, will be there to reveal Technopak’s 2015 global strategy think piece, which reveals significant content derived from Technopak’s analysis and expertise in the industry.

Mr. Singhal states: “We see great value in holding ITAC in Hong Kong not only because it is the leading production centre and largest hub for apparel sourcing globally, but also because it is the beginning of a bastion between China and India.”
